HOSPITAL SERVICE COORDINATORS and
DAV TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM

The DAV Volunteer Transportation Program is responsible for providing Veterans (Twin Cities and St. Cloud Metro Areas) in need of transportation for medical appointments to and from the Minneapolis and St. Cloud VA Medical Centers who have no other means of transportation due to financial or medical hardship. In addition, the DAV Transportation Coordinator/HSC work very closely with the county van transportation programs who use DAV and other veterans' organization volunteers to shuttle veterans to the Minneapolis and St. Cloud VA Medical Centers from the outlaying counties and communities not reached by the DAV Transportation Program.
